Student Employment

Princeton offers a wide variety of student employment opportunities from traditional service-oriented work in dining halls and libraries, to research and academically oriented positions across campus. In addition to its monetary benefits, student employment offers valuable mentorship, builds camaraderie, and develops professional competencies for life and work after Princeton.

University employers provide many students with their first professional experience, with jobs ranging from short term, project-based assignments, to employment opportunities spanning all four undergraduate years. All University-based positions, whether remote or on-campus, must be registered through the JobX Employment Portal.

Princeton offers local and remote employers the opportunity to post student jobs as part of our Job Location and Developement program. Off-campus listings feature a gamut of positions, from short-term tutoring and childcare, to longer term, professionally oriented opportunities.
